Yesterday I was once again reminded of the superb quality of your equipment. I was preparing machines for placement on account and I was fascinated at the ease of which it went.
Karen and I appreciate all you and your company have done and are doing for us. Not only have you been gracious in your personal attention to our account and our needs, you have backed this up with a stellar performance in equipment and the ability to finance that equipment.
Since purchasing all USI equipment nearly two years ago our service calls have dropped from 10 a day to one every two to three weeks. This is no exaggeration but an actual fact. I actually had to let my maintenance man go for lack of work. The performance of USI equipment is superior to other makes I have used in the past as demonstrated by the drastic reduction in service calls. I was an avid user of the same make of equipment for 20 years. I was skeptical at first to change over but I have since been very glad I did. It has been a win-win situation for all, including the crucial component - the end user. After field experience with USI equipment I can attest to the fact that a lot of thought and engineering has gone into the production of these new items. This has resulted in larger sales volume for us due to the acceptance of the money and to the delivery of the product.

As the General Manager of Corporate Marketing Equipment for the Buffalo Rock Company the experiences that I have had working with the Wittern / USI Company have been nothing but very positive. They are always open for input concerning improvements and innovations, not only do they listen they incorporate those enhancement requests on the equipment for their customers. They are always looking at how they can improve the quality of the equipment to ensure that our customers buying products out of the vendors have a positive transaction each time they visit the machine.
