Last month, members of our team escaped the cold Iowa weather to Anaheim, California for the NAMA Coffee Tea & Water (CTW) event. This event is the world’s largest coffee services event and delivers insight into the future by showcasing new technologies and trends that are impacting business and driving change.

USI was a Silver Sponsor of the event and exhibited a couple of their most popular merchandisers including the Evoke Snack 6 merchandiser. Attendees were impressed with the overall styling and visual appeal of the machine. At the event, we spoke with a number of customers and distributors who expressed their satisfaction of the Evoke Snack 5 and Evoke Snack 6 merchandisers related to the overall quality and performance. Many customers commented on their anticipation of the upcoming release of the Evoke Combo models – Evoke Combo Elevator, Evoke Combo VT/ST 5, and Evoke Combo VT/ST 3 – which will be available in early 2020.
USI also displayed its CTop Single Serve Coffee Pod Merchandiser. Attendees raved about this merchandiser being the ideal solution for their small to medium sized OCS clients, and we couldn’t agree more! Of the features, the most popular was the ability to provide codes for free vends, such as two free vends per day per individual, while also offering a monetary option, should the individual consume their daily allotment of free vends.
