Smart Cooling with Built-In Safeguards
Spectra doesn’t just improve the buying experience, it also safeguards critical operational and compliance requirements behind the scenes. Built‑in health and safety protections continuously monitor cooler conditions to help ensure products are stored safely at all times.
If internal temperatures exceed 41°F for approximately 30 minutes, the health safety lock activates automatically, preventing purchases until conditions return to an acceptable range. This added layer of protection helps support food safety standards while reducing risk and liability for operators.
During servicing, Spectra’s restocking mode temporarily disables alerts and safeguards to avoid unnecessary disruptions while products are replenished. Once restocking is complete, the system returns to full monitoring automatically.
